Antonia Gabry, CVT

Antonia  joined Lane Veterinary in May 2025, bringing more than 14 years of experience in veterinary medicine to her role as a Certified Veterinary Technician and Nurse. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and an associate degree in Veterinary Technology from the Vet Tech Institute at Fox College.

Growing up with Labrador Retrievers sparked Antonia’s lifelong connection with dogs and led her to pursue a career she genuinely enjoys and looks forward to each day. At Lane Veterinary, she values the supportive team culture and enjoys working alongside skilled doctors and nurses who share a strong commitment to patient care. The most rewarding part of Antonia’s work is seeing patients recover, especially those who arrive very sick and leave feeling better. She takes pride in advocating for animals and helping identify the source of their discomfort so they can heal.

Antonia and her husband, Brandon, have two children, Vivian and Theo. Their family also includes Betty, a Golden Retriever puppy, and Olive, a black cat with a big personality. Outside of work, Antonia enjoys SPENGA classes, biking with her kids, family travel, movie nights, and watching her children play sports. She is proud of graduating tech school with honors, her experience performing MRI studies on dogs and cats, and being a mom.
